Job Description

The “Avenue Bellevue” development is a newly constructed mixed-use hotel, retail & residence project "The Avenue" consisting of 365 luxury serviced condominium units in 2 towers opening Summer of 2024, surrounded and in synergy with the 208 rooms and suite first class “InterContinental Hotel Bellevue”, convention center, several restaurants, 1,000-unit parking garage and extensive 100.000sf luxury retail space.


What's on the menu for your next career move? As our new Room Service Server, you'll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, whether they're indulging in a gourmet meal or enjoying a late-night snack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Interaction: Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Order Accuracy: Take and confirm orders, ensuring all special requests are fulfilled accurately.
  • Presentation: Set up and serve orders in an appealing and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing their needs and resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including trays, trolleys, and room service stations.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure timely delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Handle billing and payments accurately, keeping detailed records of all transactions.




What We Need From You:

  • Experience: Previous room service or serving experience preferred. Hotel food & beverage experience is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Customer Service: Strong service-oriented style with professional presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and remain calm during busy periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Additional Languages: Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
